New Studio for Port Douglas Yoga!

Exciting news; Our new Yoga studio is ready to go and classes will commence on Monday at 6pm.

The studio is located on Level 2, Saltwater Building on the corner of Macrossan and Grant Streets.

All classes that were held at the Coastguards are now at the Studio.

We teachers, Devra, Tricia and Lesley,  hope you enjoy the new space as much as we will.

This week in class , whilst standing in the stillness of tadasana,  I shared with my students the following wise words.

Notice that everything around you is constantly changing.
