In addition to the traditional Hatha Yoga classes held by Port Douglas Yoga's IYTA qualified teachers, we are pleased to include on the timetable, Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Stretch Theraphy classes taught by Mia Messinger and Noeline Clarke.
