Thursday 29 June Pilates class with Jessie

New Sunday class at the studio

We are delighted to add another wonderful class to our timetable.
Mia has started a 90 minute Deeper into Stretch Class at 5pm on a Sunday.
This will run as an intermediate class and those attending will need to have some experinecec in a stretch or a Yin Yoga class.
A mindful based class with long explorative holds. Rollers and balls may be ised as part of the warmup to the deeper work.
All are most welcome to attend.
