Just letting you all know that this Saturday’s class at 9.15, September 17th at the Studio is cancelled as we will all be attending the Port Douglas Yoga Silky Oaks Day, a gathering of our very special Yoga community.

There will be almost 55 of us enjoying a wonderful day of yogic friendship and philosophy, asanas, meditation and much, much more.

To confirm your place at our Silky Oaks Yoga Day, each teacher will have a booking form at classes held in Port Douglas, Mossman and Julatten. and bookings will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Alana’s new class Thursdays 6.30 – 8pm

Yin Yoga with Mia Messinger

The latest addition to our teaching group is Mia Messinger, who has been inspired and trained by the amazing Kit Lachlan and holds her Wednesday evening 5.30pm stretch class in The Port Douglas Studio.

Mia has now added a Yoga teaching qualification to her fantastic store of knowledge and has commenced a 1 hour Yin Yoga class at 8.00am on Wednesday mornings.
