Day of Yoga at Silky Oaks

We are delighted to offer another wonderful day of yoga at the spectacular Silky Oaks Lodge situated beside the Mossman River. A truly wonderful venue where we welcome you to share our passion and love of yoga.
Saturday 2 September 9am to 4pm
Cost is $75
A delicious lunch is provided

New Thursday Morning Class

Commencing tomorrow, there is a new morning class at the Port Douglas Yoga Studio. It is an hour class starting at 7:30am. I have called it Energising Flow as it is designed to be an energising practice including sun salutations and a perfect way to start your day. Hope to see you there.
